Pineapple Upside Down Cake

A couple of weeks ago, I made an Upside Down cake that was pineapple.

1. First I greased the tin.

2. Then I helped Mummy mix the flour, sugar, eggs and butter.

3. Next we put in some of the sugar and butter mixture.

4. I placed 4 pineapple rings in the bottom of the tin, with some cherries in the middle of them.

5. Then we put all of the cake mixture in the tin covering the pineapple rings.

Afterwards I got a teaspoon and I licked out the bowl with it Yum Yum Yum

6. The cake went in the oven, for I can’t remember, maybe two days… oh no, Mummy says about half an hour.

I didn’t really like the cake, but my brother and Mummy ate it all up.
